- Analyse MI (internal and external) and track KPI’s to identify areas of commercial underperformance and assist commercial managers in developing strategies to address.
- Assist commercial managers with developing business cases to enable business or operational change to happen.
- Run commercial projects and lead on initiatives as directed by the commercial manager on time and to budget.
- Take an active role in budget setting and re-forecast process to ensure targets set are stretching but achievable.
- Accountable for the timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly and monthly MI.
- Hybrid opportunity reporting into one of our office locations in Bexhill, London or Leicester once per week.
Skills we would love you to have:
- Numerate and Analytical with the ability to analyse multiple data sources and draw conclusions.
- Commercial focus with a good understanding of the insurance market.
- Ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team, often virtually.
- Good presentation skills, both verbal and written, with great communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines and priorities.
