Confidential Opportunity – Finance Director / Lead | Private Investment Group

(Predominantly Remote – UK-based candidates preferred)

We have been retained to identify a high-calibre finance professional to partner / support the founder of a dynamic private-equity / Family Office SME acquirer. This is a rare opportunity to step into a trusted, wide-ranging role at the heart of this successful and growing entrepreneurial acquisition group.

The Role

The Role will include

• Overseeing the financial function and group cash management of the investment company.
• Responsibility for all financial matters including oversight of all financial records, including VAT returns, annual financial statements etc.
• Oversight of and responsibility for the personal financial affairs of the founder.
• Company secretary and director responsibilities
• If successfully performed the role could be widened to include oversight of the investee companies.

The Individual

We are seeking an astute, commercially minded finance leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where impact is visible and immediate. A first time pass Chartered Accountant background is highly desirable, but an otherwise well-qualified astute accountant with strong commercial instincts, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to translate financial insight into strategic action.
