Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Operational & Project Delivery

Provide executive oversight for all construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Oversee resource planning, project scheduling, procurement, and supply chain management to optimize performance.

Champion health, safety, and sustainability practices across all projects.

Establish and enforce robust quality assurance and compliance processes.

Financial Management

Work with the executive team to set and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.

Team Leadership & Development

Key Requirements

Qualifications

*

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline (postgraduate/MBA desirable).

*

Chartered membership (RICS, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience

Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the construction industry.

*

Demonstrated success in growing a construction business or business unit.

*

Strong experience across multiple sectors (residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or fit-out).

Evidence of winning and delivering large-scale, complex projects.
