Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth

Establish and enforce robust quality assurance and compliance processes.
Financial Management

Work with the executive team to set and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.

Team Leadership & Development

Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing construction management team.

Key Requirements
Qualifications
*
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline (postgraduate/MBA desirable).
*
Chartered membership (RICS, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience

Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the construction industry.
*
Demonstrated success in growing a construction business or business unit.
*
Strong experience across multiple sectors (residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or fit-out).

Evidence of winning and delivering large-scale, complex projects.
