Overview

A global consultancy seeks experienced Programme Directors to join its expanding team delivering major infrastructure programmes across sectors including civil infrastructure, data centres, defence, and energy.

These permanent, hybrid roles focus on large infrastructure projects in defence and nuclear sectors, working closely with clients to ensure successful programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between the client and construction partners.
• Deliver complex, high-value construction/infrastructure programmes (£250m+ minimum, ideally £1bn+).
• Lead programme governance, risk management, project controls, commercial and contract management (NEC3/NEC4), and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering programmes such as Crossrail, Hinkley Point C, and Thames Tideway.
• Deep experience in programme leadership, governance, risk management, project controls, commercial/contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
