The Role This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and grow an in-house construction function as the organisation transitions into a critical delivery phase. Sitting on the operational board and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Construction Director will oversee the delivery of large-scale, complex mixed-use projects to the highest standards of quality, on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: Defining and implementing a robust construction strategy for large-scale delivery. Leading the creation and development of an in-house construction team. Overseeing construction across multiple major projects (1,000-2,500 units). Ensuring the highest standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance.
