You'll join a high-performing consulting team that helps major brands in
Retail, Consumer Goods, and Retail Pharma
reimagine how they connect with customers, modernise supply chains, and unlock new value through technology.
This is a pivotal role - shaping enterprise-wide architectures, advising C-suite stakeholders, and leading transformation programmes that define the future of Consumer Markets.
What you'll be doing
Lead large-scale
technology and business transformations
across Retail, CPG, and related industries. Define and deliver
end-to-end architecture strategies , guiding clients through complex change programmes. Drive innovation through
cloud, data, and AI , building sector-specific assets and accelerators. Act as a
trusted advisor
to senior executives on technology strategy, investment, and delivery. Partner with hyperscalers and major vendors to strengthen digital propositions and go-to-market solutions. Experience required
10-15+ years of experience in
architecture leadership
within Consumer Markets (Retail, CPG, Retail Pharma). Deep understanding of
digital commerce, supply chain, customer experience, and data-driven transformation . Proven ability to
design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions
across complex client environments. Credibility to engage and influence
C-suite and Director-level stakeholders . Recognised certifications such as
TOGAF, SAFe, or major vendor accreditations (AWS, Azure, SAP, Salesforce) . (Director-level applicants should also bring a strong business development track record and vendor alliance experience.)
