Corporate Services Director

Location: UK National

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000

A leading provider of green space management and environmental services is looking for a Corporate Services Director to lead growth across its National Corporate Services Division. This division delivers grounds maintenance and related services to blue-chip clients in the corporate and commercial sector.

This is a senior leadership role with national responsibility. The successful candidate will set strategic direction, build client relationships, and lead regional teams to deliver growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver national strategic and financial targets
• Develop and implement plans for organic and acquisitive growth
• Lead, develop and support the management team
• Report to the Board and drive performance across the Division
• Enhance reputation in the green services sector through quality and safety
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships

Candidate Profile

• Board-level experience (Director, Operations Director, or equivalent)
• Strong P&L management and commercial skills
• Track record of delivering profitable, high-quality contracts
• Experience leading dispersed operations and negotiating contracts
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and client management skills
• Degree-qualified (postgraduate preferred)
