Corporate Tax Associate Director

Make an Impact within our Corporate Tax team at RSM UK

Our national Corporate Tax service line works with clients across various sectors, from owner-managed businesses to large multinationals. We handle compliance and act as advisors on planning matters, including due diligence, transactions, restructuring, and innovation reliefs.

As an Associate Director in our London region, you will manage a diverse client portfolio, undertake complex compliance work, review junior staff work, and participate in advisory projects. You will also support business development activities.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Being part of a high-performing tax team advising entrepreneurial and international clients.
• Owning a client portfolio and providing valuable technical advice.
• Collaborating across service lines for business development.

What we are looking for:

• Is ACA qualified (or equivalent).
• CTA qualified preferred, or has proven tax advisory experience.
• Has client-facing experience.
• Has corporate tax compliance and technical knowledge.
• Has tax advisory experience in technical matters.
• Manages a busy client portfolio.
• Is interested in business development.
• Has previous experience at Manager level or similar.
