We’re hiring a Corporate Tax Director to join a PE-Backed, fast-growing and highly ambitious firm in Northern Ireland. You’ll be working with a wide-ranging client portfolio, from dynamic SMEs to FDI's and large corporate groups, delivering insightful tax advice, compliance oversight, and strategic support.

We are particularly keen to engage with members of the Northern Ireland diaspora for this position, so if you have been living in the SE and want better work-life balance without sacrificing your career, reach out for more!

This is more than just a technical role — it’s your opportunity to build your profile, lead, influence, and help shape a forward-thinking tax function in a firm where your voice is heard and your well-being matters.

Why You’ll Thrive Here:

  • People-First Culture – This is a firm that genuinely cares. You’re supported, respected, and trusted from day one.
  • Flexible, Modern Working – Hybrid working, flexible hours, and autonomy to manage your time and workload your way.
  • Leadership That Listens – Senior leadership is accessible, engaged, and deeply committed to creating a great place to work.
  • Career Progression, Not Just a Role – Your growth matters. We invest in your development, offering structured progression and meaningful challenges.
  • Diverse, Engaging Client Base – No two days are the same. Work across sectors, industries, and corporate structures.
  • Genuine Team Ethos – Supportive, down-to-earth colleagues who pull together and celebrate success.
  • Innovation-Focused – We’re not stuck in the past. Technology, ideas, and proactive thinking are all part of how we operate.
  • You’re Not a Number – You’re part of something. A business where individuals matter, and your impact is real.

About You:

You’re a qualified accountant and/or tax adviser (ACA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent) currently operating at Senior Manager or Associate Director level. You will need to possess 10+ years post-qualified experience in corporate tax, ideally in a client-facing, advisory-led environment. You’re confident managing relationships, providing high-quality advice, and leading a team. Above all, you care about doing things right — for your clients, your colleagues, and your own development.

If you’re ready to do meaningful work in a values-led firm where people come first and tax is about more than compliance — let’s talk.
