Leading full-service international law firm seeks to grow its Leeds Private Equity (PE) and Corporate practice. The Leeds PE team has acted on some of the largest deals outside London and has a superb roster of PE clients. The firm also has a superb Corporate M&A team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the existing partners in PE and Corporate to enable further growth in Leeds.
• Work with PE and Corporate teams to develop business, service clients and strengthen the firm's market position.

Qualifications

• Experience from another leading firm.
• Entrepreneurial flair and client skills.
• A clear track to partnership (targeting a Legal Director or senior lawyer level).
