Role overview
As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing email, SMS, and push (web & app) communications across the customer lifecycle. You will help drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness in a fast-paced environment.
Job details
- The day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- CRM Strategy and Planning: Support the Marketing Lead in developing our CRM strategy and customer journeys, using a test-and-learn approach. Lead end-to-end campaign management, including stakeholder collaboration, project planning, copy briefing, approvals, building, testing, and reporting.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing improvements to existing campaigns and launching new ones to meet business objectives with a customer-first approach.
- Platform Expert: Use the full capabilities of our CDP, CRM, and CMS platforms to design, build, and optimize campaigns, customer journeys, and reports.
- Data-Driven Communication: Utilize data to create personalized journeys and messages, sending relevant content at the right time across various channels for maximum impact.
- Reporting and Insight: Analyze campaign performance, provide weekly reports, and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement.
Essential skills / experience
- Experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, or similar roles.
- Experience working with Braze or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A customer-first approach, championing excellent service and engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across different stakeholders.
