Role Overview: CRM Executive

As the CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and contributing to the overall customer relationship strategy and growth within the CRM team. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering meticulously executed plans.
  2. Enhancing our email marketing approach to create more relevant and timely communications aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
  3. Leveraging data and AI to optimize audience targeting, improve customer experience, and drive engagement across multiple channels.

This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and commercial acumen. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
