This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM & Loyalty Director located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The CRM & Loyalty Director will be responsible for developing and executing customer relationship management and loyalty programs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, designing and implementing CRM strategies, overseeing loyalty campaigns, improving customer retention, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Qualifications
- Experience in CRM strategies, customer data analysis, and segmentation
- Proven track record in developing and executing loyalty programs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
- Proficiency in digital marketing and data management tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive decision-making
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
