We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Culinary Director
to join a leading events and catering group with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape culinary strategy across a diverse portfolio of high-profile events and fixed-site venues, while inspiring teams to deliver exceptional food experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee culinary operations across multiple venues and mobile event sites
Design and deliver innovative, seasonal menus with ethically sourced ingredients
Ensure excellence in food quality, consistency, and presentation
Lead, mentor, and develop a talented brigade of chefs
Manage budgets, food costings, and supplier relationships
Champion sustainability and social impact initiatives throughout operations
About You
Proven track record as a Culinary Director or Executive Chef within the events and catering industry
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Solid financial and commercial acumen
Passionate about sustainability, food innovation, and ethical sourcing
Flexible and willing to travel across London and the Home Counties
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to kitchen operations
