What does it mean to be in a Director of Sales & Customer Success (Travel) role at IGT Solutions?

You will develop long-term, high-value relationships with prospects in the targeted industry to drive revenue growth and help brands compete locally and globally. You will promote our omni-channel and digital solutions and work with a team of marketing, operations, and solution development experts. You will engage with senior executives across North America and around the world, managing a portfolio of valuable brands.

Responsibilities

  • Being a trusted advisor to potential clients, harnessing the resources and capabilities of IGT Solutions to provide BPO & Digital solutions that create real business value
  • Research targeted companies and develop a comprehensive sales strategy for identifying and acquiring new business within your assigned industry segment
  • Create account-based selling plans with goals, key activities, and success measures including the supportive resources and tools needed to reach individual and organizational goals
  • Leverage your own network to help build your pipeline and reduce the time to proficiency
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales revenue goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams necessary to develop presentations and proposals for client pursuits
  • Host site visits for potential clients to our various locations as needed across the globe
  • Lead the negotiation process for new contracts with prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new clients to ensure committed results and client advocacy
  • Utilize various sales tools for development and tracking of opportunities through the sales cycle including Salesforce and others
  • Work closely with other sales team members to maintain a supportive team culture
  • Partner with the marketing team to support demand-generation efforts and events
  • Travel as needed to participate in industry-specific conferences to generate new opportunities

Requirements

  • This is a remote work position with an adequate space, sufficient Internet bandwidth, and a quiet environment
  • 12-15 years of very successful CX sales experience within the Travel industry
  • Extensive experience selling and presenting to C-level executives
  • Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with strong written and verbal language skills
  • Tech-oriented with knowledge of contact centers, customer service, back-office operations, and AI/ML
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global, collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver strong results
  • Integrity and accountability in all aspects of the role
  • Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo and other sales-related tools is helpful
  • Excellent team-building, sales, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, conferences, client site visits, and more
