We’re looking for a Managing Partner for Social to join our team at Leo Burnett.
This year we’re doubling down on embedding a social mindset at the heart of our creative ambition across the agency, building on our capabilities in social strategy, community management, content creation and design with influencer management and extending our data and analytics capabilities.
We’re looking for a Managing Partner to help us take it to the next level. Working alongside our Social Creative & Strategy leads to form a partnership that will deliver across existing clients, help embed the social mindset across the agency by integrating our social capabilities across clients and campaigns and driving both organic and new business growth.
Creative
Strategic Social Vision : Ability to define and lead a future-facing social strategy that integrates seamlessly with broader creative campaigns.
Content Expertise : Deep understanding of content creation, storytelling, and the nuances of various social media platforms, from organic posts to paid campaigns.
Collaboration with Creatives : Strong ability to work with creative teams to ensure that social media ideas are embedded at the core of campaign work.
Experience in building and nurturing diverse teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
Social-first Culture Building : Proven ability to embed a “social mindset” across teams and disciplines.
Inspirational leadership style to rally teams around a shared social vision and creative ambition.
Commercial
Demonstrable success in driving revenue through social offerings, both by expanding existing accounts and winning new business.
Data-Driven Decision-Making : Strong understanding of analytics and how to leverage data to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
Ability to position the agency as a leader in social strategy and execution, building competitive differentiation.
Relationship Building : Ability to develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a go-to partner for their social needs.
