About the Role

Magnit is hiring a Delivery Director to lead a portfolio of contingent workforce programs and continue scaling our global delivery model. This role provides strategic leadership, manages a team of Delivery Managers, and ensures consistent, high-quality service across regions.

Operating across key hubs in North America, India, and Europe, this leader will embed best practices, strengthen client relationships, and align delivery operations with Magnit’s broader transformation goals.

The Delivery Director serves as the senior leader for a defined book of business, accountable for operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team performance. This role acts as the bridge between internal teams, clients, and suppliers, setting direction, removing barriers, and driving productivity. Key responsibilities include resource planning, performance management, issue resolution, and ensuring delivery teams meet client expectations and service level agreements.

This is a pivotal role in advancing Magnit’s next-generation delivery strategy and delivering consistent, scalable solutions to our clients.

What You Will Do

Strategic Oversight

• Lead and guide a team of Delivery Managers across multiple client programs to

• ensure consistent service delivery and operational performance.

• Align delivery practices with client SLAs, contractual obligations, and Magnit’s quality standards.

• Serve as an escalation point for high-impact client or delivery issues, resolving concerns and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with relevant stakeholders.

• Partner with Program Managers and Directors of Client Services to identify new opportunities, introduce additional services, and expand program scope.

• Support quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key clients.

• Coach, mentor, and develop Delivery Managers, ensuring a pipeline of future leadership talent.

• Drive team engagement, cross-training, and workforce development across the delivery team.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

• Monitor program health and KPIs across all accounts; implement action plans to address gaps in service delivery.

• Oversee implementation of standard operating procedures, risk mitigation, and compliance practices.

• Leverage Magnit’s Supplier Scorecard and other analytics tools to track and improve supplier and delivery performance.

• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure seamless delivery and client onboarding.

• Share best practices across client accounts to improve consistency and efficiency.

• Contribute to corporate initiatives, product evolution, and operational innovation.

• Support account forecasting, financial tracking, and resource planning.

• Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high levelsof client satisfaction and delivery performance.

What You Will Need

• 10+ years of experience in client delivery, operations, or workforce solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Snr Manager or Director, level of experience preferred

• Experience of leading pan-European or multinational teams preferred

• Proven experience managing large client accounts or programs, preferably in contingent workforce solutions or MSP/VMS environments.

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience overseeing

• large, distributed teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage reporting tools and KPIs to drive decisions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
