We are now on the lookout for a Delivery Director to lead our Project Management team and oversee agency-wide project delivery. So, think you can help us?

We love working with passionate and experienced people, and that’s exactly what we’re looking for in our next Delivery Director. In this senior leadership role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and evolving our Project Management function, representing Armadillo’s delivery capability at the highest level both internally and externally.

• Partnering with senior stakeholders and clients to develop strategic project management solutions that ensure work is delivered on-time, on-budget, and profitably.

• Overseeing all delivery operations, ensuring that projects are scoped realistically, plans are achievable, risks are identified early, and blockers are swiftly resolved.

• Directing and mentoring our team of Project Managers, guiding them to maintain high standards across planning, documentation, timelines, estimation, and communication.

• Owning and overseeing resourcing across the agency, ensuring the right people are working on the right work at the right time. You’ll ensure that workloads are balanced, resource conflicts are resolved, and future capacity is planned in line with agency growth.

• Driving commercial performance, taking full ownership of agency-level delivery profitability and ensuring financial accuracy across forecasting, estimating and reporting.

• Ensuring consistency and excellence in all project processes including SoWs, briefs, risk management, reconciliation, task tracking, and quality assurance.

• Championing cross-functional collaboration, supporting Client Leads and cross-functional team leads to ensure projects align with broader client strategy.

• Developing and implementing delivery processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all teams.

• Acting as the connective tissue between strategic, creative, technical and client-facing teams, making sure that delivery is joined-up, insight-led, and consistent across all touchpoints.

To excel as Armadillo's Delivery Director, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a delivery leadership role within an agency environment.

• Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable projects.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing project management teams.

• Demonstrated success overseeing resourcing for cross-functional teams, ideally across strategy, creative, tech and production.

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, both client-side and internally.

• Highly proficient in project management software (we mostly use Wrike, but any structured PM system experience is welcome).

• Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Understanding of CRM and data-driven marketing across a range of sectors would be nice to have.
