An exciting Remote role (UK) is available for a Dental Finance Manager / Finance Director at an esteemed Dental Group.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead financial strategy and reporting for a well-established dental organisation, managing the financial performance of six practices. The role includes account reconciliation, internal payroll, training finance staff, and providing real-time financial insights to guide strategic planning and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations – ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation of practice earnings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual profit & loss reports for informed decision-making.
• Provide live financial snapshots – tracking revenue, losses, and areas for improvement.
• Assist with end-of-year accounts and strategic financial planning for business growth.
• Support credit control – working closely with the Business Manager to maintain cash flow.
• Train finance staff – ensuring effective financial processes across all locations.
• Manage internal payroll – ensuring accuracy and compliance.

About You:

• UK-based experience in dental finance – essential for understanding practice operations.
• Proven background in account management and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills – able to assess real-time financial data.
• Excellent leadership and communication – mentoring and developing finance staff.

• £40,000 – £60,000 salary – dependent on experience.
