Job Description
Overseeing all design aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.Leading a team of designers and architects.Developing design concepts that align with project goals and client vision.Ensuring design strategies adhere to industry regulations and standards.Presenting design proposals and progress updates to stakeholders.Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely completion of design aspects.Keeping up to date with latest design trends in the property and construction industry.Creating and managing project budgets related to design aspects.The Successful Applicant
A successful Design Director should have:
A degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role within the property and construction sector.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Strong understanding of design software and technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong project management abilities.What's on Offer
