Role Overview

We are seeking a senior technology leader to serve asDirector of Agentic Architecture and Development. This pivotal role will shape how autonomous agents are architected, developed, and deployed across IQVIA’s RDS technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering—particularly in AI/ML systems—and have transitioned into architectural leadership. They will bring hands-on experience solving complex technical challenges and driving agentic architecture initiatives within engineering teams.
