Director, AI Developer Experience
New Today
Overview
Director, AI Developer Experience at Oracle. On Oracle’s Developer Marketing team, you’ll create compelling technical content, engage directly with developer communities (including customers), and help shape Oracle’s AI product direction. You’ll show how Oracle’s data, cloud, and AI services turn AI noise into real-world application signal, while feeding front-line insights back into product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Show, don’t tell. Produce end-to-end demos, live-coding sessions, and deep-dive tutorials that reveal how to build, deploy, and scale AI applications on Oracle Database 23ai, Autonomous Database, Oracle APEX, OCI AI Services, and more.
- Create binge-worthy content. Publish long-form technical blogs, white-papers, and video series that walk developers through practical scenarios—migrating vector workloads, adding RAG pipelines, or modernizing legacy Java apps with embedded AI.
- Engage where developers live. Answer questions in GitHub Discussions, Stack Overflow, and Discord; host live streams and podcasts; speak at community meetups and major conferences.
- Be the customer’s voice. Partner with development teams at Fortune 500 customers and Oracle’s product teams to pilot new features, gather feedback, and translate real-world pain points into actionable product requirements.
- Expand Developer Marketing’s impact. Collaborate with Database, Developer Tools, and OCI engineering to ensure content maps to shipping features. Success is measured by new AI applications powered by Oracle’s AI technologies and by developer adoption signals.
