The role will involve:Dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant)Pre-acquisition surveysMaintenance and refurbishment projectsBuilding inspectionsSchedules of conditionParty wall matters and neighbourly mattersProject monitoringManaging a small team and assisting peers with their APCsRecent ProjectsThe full refurbishment of Atlas HouseAn award-winning eco-store for TescoThe BCO award-winning Seco Tools UK headquartersThe purpose-built Volkswagen Financial Services headquartersA significant revamp project to inject new life into Manchester’s largest office buildingCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will be MRICS accredited with experience in a private practice or consultancy. You should have commercial experience and be capable of managing a small team.
