You'll be assigned a dedicated coach to mentor, guide and support you through regular coaching sessions and serve as an advocate for your professional growth.As you progress through your career at FTI Consulting, we offer tailored programs for critical professional milestones to ensure you are prepared and empowered to take on your next role.What You Will Need To SucceedProven experience leading consulting teams on engagements for financial services clients, including managing timelines, coaching junior team members, coordinating internal experts, ensuring quality of analysis and deliverables, developing trusted client relationshipsProject experience in high paced environments focused on impact and rapid results (e.g. rapid performance improvement, revenue enhancement, turnaround, business plan review/development, due diligence, carve-out, integration, implementation)Significant experience of short, high intensity projects with tight deadlines, as well as longer term engagements driving results through implementationExperience of supporting business development activitiesInternational exposure and experienceProven consulting skills with ability to go beyond the analysis to add value, influence change, innovate, visualise and create, while providing outstanding client serviceTeam player, open-minded, possesses cultural awareness and sensitivityDevelop team management and coaching skillsHighly organised and structured, with excellent problem solving skillsExperience of managing client stakeholdersBuilds and maintains relationships beyond the engagementExceptional interpersonal skills, builds good professional and personal relationships with client teams at all levels and across the firmCombines business sense and financial understanding with commercial capabilitiesStrong written communication skills, able to produce client ready PowerPoint documentsHighly confident at dealing with uncertainty and problem solving with incomplete dataFlexible to accommodate frequent travelBasis QualificationsFluent English speaker and writerEducated to degree level or equivalentDemonstrable post graduate experience at a major consulting firm serving financial services clientsPreferred QualificationsAdditional qualifications such as CFA or MBA an advantageAdditional industry experience or private equity an advantageInternational exposure and experienceTotal WellbeingOur goal is to support the wellbeing of you and your families - physically, emotionally, and financially.
