Set the standard – Agree fees and scope with senior leadership, making sure we’re delivering what we promise.
Stay client-focused – Build strong relationships and ensure every client has a tailored care plan that reflects their needs and ambitions.
What we are looking for in our next Director
A strong track record in project controls, commercial management, procurement or project delivery on major infrastructure programmes.
Real world experience in the energy sector, with insight into how programmes are funded, governed, and aligned with national strategy.
A solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and how things get built in the real world.
Sharp knowledge of procurement and contract strategies, and how to get the best outcomes for clients.
Confidence in administering contracts and navigating the legal landscape around building and infrastructure.
The ability to cut through complexity, absorb technical detail, and turn it into clear action.
A natural networker and relationship builder, comfortable engaging with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Ideally, you’ll have a degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law or a related field but we’re open to alternative backgrounds if you bring the right experience.
Professional membership of bodies like RICS, APM, CIOB, CICES, CIPS, ACostE is a plus and if you’re working towards one, we’ll support you.
