Tired of the institutional approach to property management? This role offers something distinctly different.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-growth, independent property asset management business in a Director-level position with genuine strategic influence, leadership responsibility, and a clear pathway for growth.
Madison Berkeley have partnered exclusively with a forward-thinking firm that has grown from a standing start to nearly 100 people at a phenomenal pace. Built on a culture of trust, ambition and innovation, they manage prime assets on behalf of Property Investment Companies and private family offices who seek a more engaged, hands-on and intelligent approach to property management.
This is more than a senior property role, it is a chance to lead, shape and grow the business from within.
The Opportunity
As Director, you will become a key figure in the senior leadership team, responsible not just for overseeing exceptional commercial property management, but for helping to define the business strategy and lead new growth initiatives. You will oversee the management of high-profile Central London office portfolios, build long-term relationships with private clients, and work alongside senior stakeholders to support the ongoing expansion of the firm.
This role combines hands-on client delivery with a strategic leadership remit, including team development, business planning, and commercial growth.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, acting as a trusted advisor
- Contribute to the development and execution of the wider business strategy
- Drive new business initiatives, identifying and securing growth opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support a high-performance culture
- Deliver best-in-class commercial property management with a focus adding value
- Act as a visible and effective leader, mentoring junior team members and promoting a collaborative environment
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in commercial property management
- Confident, credible and client-facing, with the ability to engage directly with private property owners and family offices
- Strategic mindset with an appetite for business growth and leadership
- Experience in asset management is beneficial, but not essential
- MRICS is welcomed but not required, practical experience, leadership and personality matter more
- Based in the Central London office, with flexible working
Why Apply
- Senior leadership position in one of the most exciting growth stories in the market
- Opportunity to help shape strategy, lead teams, and influence the direction of the business
- Clear pathway for progression, opportunities to migrate into more senior roles
- Refreshing, entrepreneurial culture, non-corporate, relationship-driven, and focused on quality
- Work with respected clients who value insight, integrity and partnership over process
Salary £80,000 - £110,000 I appreciate this is a broad salary banding, due to my clients focus on finding the right candidate for this pivotal hire.
