About the Role

h2Radnor is seeking an experienced and ambitious Director (Corporate Advisory & Business Development) to join our growing team. This is a senior position, suited to a professional who combines deep financial markets expertise with the ability to originate and nurture strong corporate relationships.

As a Director, you will have a dual role in working with a diverse group of clients across different sectors including listed corporates, Private Equity backed companies and private companies as well as being responsible for developing new business and expanding h2Radnors corporate network.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day client relationship management and engagement across a selection of corporate clients;
• Deliver new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship management;
• Input into marketing on a broader scale, originating ideas and opportunities to expand the brand within the industry;
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and within your professional network to strengthen brand presence;
• Advise clients on capital markets strategy, investor relations, corporate positioning, investor communications and many other aspects;
