The Role
Due to recent internal promotion, Willmott Dixon are looking to recruit a Director (Delivery) for our London and East regional office based out of Hitchin, Hertfordshire. As Director (Delivery) you will be responsible for leading an operational team through preconstruction into on-site delivery ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our customers' expectations. The region for our London and East office extends into North and Central London, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
We are looking for someone with strong values and integrity as we support an open and honest approach. We also encourage new ideas and embrace innovative digital design, along with manufacturing approaches, to make sure we deliver a better, stronger and more personal offer that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
You will need to have a collaborative approach, taking time to build relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of our customers’ aspirations, project goals and potential project challenges, to ensure we respond in a way that means everything we complete surpasses expectations and delivers wide and enhanced benefits across the areas that really matter.
As part of the wider London & East board you will be expected to ensure that we deliver across all disciplines adopting a Director first approach, contributing to the strategic aims and objectives of the business.
