Director – Integrated Digital & Social Lead
About the role
Our client, a leading integrated communications consultancy, is seeking an ambitious and strategic SVP/Director to lead their Digital & Social & Creative practice in the UK. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role focused on driving bold, integrated digital strategies and campaigns across a diverse B2B client portfolio and beyond.
You will be at the forefront of shaping and expanding their digital offering in the UK & EMEA — partnering with clients across Financial Services, Technology, Professional Services, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, and other emerging B2B sectors. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with creative thinking, team leadership, and platform expertise.

Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Act as the senior strategic lead across all digital, social, and creative workstreams
Guide clients in developing impactful B2B marketing strategies that align with business objectives
Lead integrated campaign planning across paid, owned, and earned digital channels
Partner with C-level clients and stakeholders to deliver digital transformation and thought leadership
Lead new business development in digital/social/creative – from pitch to proposal to win
Identify and grow organic opportunities within existing client relationships
Help shape the agency’s digital value proposition across key B2B industries
Deliver strategic programmes across a range of complex B2B verticals and beyond, including financial services, technology & SaaS, healthcare & life sciences, and professional & legal services
Lead, mentor and inspire a cross-functional team of strategists, creatives, content specialists, and analysts
Oversee programme delivery and quality across multiple accounts
Manage budgets, resourcing, and freelancer planning
Lead internal workshops, WIP meetings, and executive-level reviews
Skills & experience
10+ years in digital/social communications/marketing, with senior leadership in an earned/integrated agency setting
Deep expertise in developing and running integrated B2B digital communications campaigns
Strong track record in Financial Services, Technology, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, or other regulated B2B sectors
Experience across the full marketing mix: strategy, brand, content & social (organic and paid), lead generation, performance
Proven paid media experience and SEO is highly desirable
Proven ability to lead teams, grow accounts, and drive commercial performance
Confident communicator and presenter, especially with C-suite stakeholders
Tools & platforms
Social platforms & tools: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Sprout
Marketing automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe/Marketo
Channels
Must-have: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube
