Overview

Global Engineering Manager, salary up to £120,000, based hybrid with international travel.

Responsible for the technical oversight and strategic direction of a global team of Application Engineers working on Enterprise-level security systems, utilising C Cure, Lenel and Genetec access control at the heart of the system. Implement and control processes for documents, engineering standards and best practise, train and develop the team, driving innovation and use of cutting-edge technologies. Carry out client presentations and provide technical backup to the commercial team on proposals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and strategic direction for a global team of Application Engineers focused on Enterprise‑level security systems.
• Utilise C‑Cure, Lenel and Genetec access control technologies as the core of the system.
• Implement and control processes for documentation, engineering standards and best practices.
• Train and develop the engineering team; drive innovation and adoption of cutting‑edge technologies.
• Present to clients and provide technical backup to the commercial team on proposals.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience of enterprise‑level security system technologies.
• Expertise in one or more of Lenel, C‑Cure or Genetec systems.
• Experience managing diverse remote technical teams across all project stages.
• Confident speaker with experience presenting technical solutions to prestigious end‑users.
