Job Details

• Summary: As a Director of Global Quality Affiliate Programs, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing large-volume global Quality programs across multiple countries. You will provide strategic and technical leadership for global Quality outsourcing programs, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with global and local Quality and Regulatory standards, while managing resources effectively. The role involves managing internal teams and maintaining a network of external resources in new locations.

Our team members have the option to work remotely or in a hybrid environment from any of our offices.

The ideal candidate should possess a "global and local" mindset, applying best practices with creativity to find optimal solutions. The role requires analytical thinking, creativity, and courage to propose innovative ideas. You will lead, mentor, manage, and motivate teams, and drive business decisions with strong leadership and executive presence. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and experience working with international teams are essential. Self-confidence, assertiveness, and pragmatic problem-solving skills are also required.

Education: University degree in Life Science

Experience: Extensive professional experience in Life Science or pharmaceutical solutions industry in a Quality/Compliance role

Skills and Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of international legislation for medicinal products, regulatory frameworks, and local market processes; a commercial and innovative mindset; excellent command of English (oral and written).
