Barry's is the Best Workout in the WorldTM. Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it's the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides an immersive, high-intensity, one-hour workout that's as effective as it is fun. Our fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries. Our program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class.


About the role

The Director, Instructor Talent Management, is a visionary leader responsible for shaping how Barry's world-class brand comes to life through its instructor population. This role provides strategic oversight of instructor recruitment, training, development, and performance managementensuring Barry's continues to be recognized as The Best Workout in the World while delivering a safe, engaging, and high-energy experience across all studios.

With a focus on coaching, culture, and capability building, the Director will drive instructor excellence, create meaningful career pathways, and foster a diverse and inclusive environment that empowers instructors to thrive. This leader will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Strategy, Talent, and People & Culture to elevate the instructor experience, inform business decisions with data, and position Barry's for continued growth and innovation.
