This high‑impact, succession‑planned role has been created as part of the company’s long‑term strategic growth initiative and represents a clear pathway to becoming Managing Director – London. As Director (Managing Director Designate), you will take full responsibility for driving growth and operational leadership of the London business, shaping strategic direction, identifying and converting new business opportunities, building high‑value client relationships at C‑Suite level, and ensuring the business delivers profitable, sustainable, and best‑in‑class design and build solutions. Key Responsibilities

Delineate and implement growth strategy for the London D&B business. Lead the operational leadership of the business to deliver profitable and sustainable design and build solutions. Develop and maintain high‑value client relationships at C‑Suite level. Identify and convert new business opportunities. Ensure best‑in‑class design and build solutions are delivered.

Qualifications & Experience

Currently operating within a leading D&B business within a client‑facing, or business unit leadership role. Proven track record in winning and delivering high‑value office fit‑out projects (Cat A & B). A developed network of end‑user clients, landlords, agents, or consultants in the London D&B market that can be leveraged to secure new projects and develop existing client relationships. Currently working as a Sales Director, Business Unit Director, Divisional MD, or as a ‘Number 2’ seeking the next step into full MD responsibility. Highly articulate with strong emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and a consultative style.
