JOB PURPOSE

To attract new clients and create new opportunities within target markets. Manage and develop the customer relationship ensuring that the best business decisions are made for both the client and the Business. Be responsible for account development, long term sales growth, customer satisfaction and profitability results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Identify, develop and close new profitable business opportunities within target markets.
  • To execute major sales presentations professionally.
  • To prepare and communicate project proposals, quotations and meeting reports to customers.
  • Set forecasts and budgets and be able to report to the Business on a regular basis, highlighting potential over or under achievements.
  • Manage all communications with clients regarding new developments.
  • Maintain communication with other departments to ensure accurate flow of orders and information.
  • Prepare year-end sales forecasts on a quarterly basis, revising and updating as appropriate.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years' experience of working in Sales role preferably within POP, Store Fixture or Retail sector.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong track record of successful client development and new business conversion with Global brands and retailers
  • Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, available to travel.
