As a Director of Analytics reporting to the VP of Data in our Data and Insights team, your purpose will be to help lead a new centralized function, shaping the strategic direction for analytics and data governance. You'll oversee daily operations for the analytics and data governance teams, ensuring our data initiatives align with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance goals. A key part of your role will be championing a data-driven culture, driving the creation of a "single source of truth," and delivering faster insights across the organization.

- Proven leadership experience in analytics and data governance within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Deep expertise in data strategy, architecture, and management, including establishing "single source of truth" solutions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to champion a data-driven culture and align diverse business objectives (Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance).
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution of data initiatives and deliver tangible business insights.
- At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.

- Experience with specific analytics tools and platforms relevant to our current tech stack (e.g., Data Visualisation (Looker, Power BI) and GCP.
- A background in Marketing Analytics across a range of different industries i.e. SaaS, Financial Services, Advertising sector, understanding its unique data challenges.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies for project management in a data environment.
