What You’ll Do:
Lead commercial strategy and drive enterprise adoption across major real estate organisations. Build and manage senior relationships with landlords, investors, consultants, lenders, and insurers. Own the full sales cycle. Translate climate, retrofit, and regulatory risk into financial outcomes that protect value, cashflow, and compliance. Shape GTM messaging, sales materials, and commercial positioning. Feed client insights into product, modelling, and delivery teams to improve solutions. Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and events.
About You:
Extensive experience in asset management, portfolio strategy, ESG/decarbonisation, investment management, or senior consultancy. Deep network across landlords, consultants, lenders, investors, and insurers. Expertise in regulatory and climate frameworks (MEES, EPC, CRREM, Net Zero, ESG-linked financing).
