What is the role - Leading from the front/hands on role managing a team of 8 Account Managers/Business Developers. Some of them senior.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales through your team with major areas of Central Government, Defence & Police.
  • A key leadership position you are responsible for the execution of the sales strategy.
  • Coaching/driving your team/getting close to deals and the salespeople - this would suit a Sales Leader who loves the execution part of the process.

Qualifications

  • Have a background managing a team selling IT services to the Public Sector.
  • Experience running Major bids of £5m-20m in the Public Sector.
  • Achieved target 4 out of last 5 years.
  • Outstanding leader with a minimum of 5 years experience leading new business solutions salespeople.
