This is an exciting time for an innovative, driven and commercially minded Director of Business Development to join our team at The Harley Street Campus. Our campus comprises of:

In this role of Director of Business Development you will be responsible for the delivery of substantial revenue growth in line with the hospital’s strategic objectives, through the design and implementation of an appropriate business development strategy. You will identify growth opportunities across in line with the service lines across the campus and liaise with the appropriate teams to deliver key targets pertinent to revenue growth. Along with driving growth and referrer opportunities you will hold responsibility for the maintenance and ongoing management of Medical Consultants agreements in liaison with legal, finance and the relevant supportive teams.
The Director of Business Development will also undertake operational and line management responsibility of a dynamic business development team fostering an effective service to medical consultants and internal stakeholders.
As a senior manager you will:
- Provide a weekly / monthly business development report(s) to the CEO to support the hospital’s monthly
- Support hospital Business Development / Consultant Liaison, Relationship Managers and Marketing team direct reports and members in driving hospital business through the synergies that naturally exist within the HCA Group and in local/national markets.
- Undertake regular high-quality market research to monitor performance against competitors and identify potential business expansion opportunities, making use of appropriate members of the team. ·
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team in the preparation and presentation of annual growth plans, 3 year plans and other strategic initiatives including business cases to secure capital investment to support business development.

What you’ll bring
