Role Description

This is a full‑time role ideally based in the northwest for a Director of Business Development. The successful candidate will oversee and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing lead generation efforts, creating business plans and strategies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with company objectives and meeting key performance metrics.

  • Experience in the Facilities Management or Commercial Cleaning industry.
  • Experience in public sector tender writing from start to finish.
