This role is ideal for a highly driven individual with a deep understanding of engineering simulation software, particularly within the automotive and aerospace sectors. You will play a pivotal role in driving market expansion, reseller success, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a distributor strategy to expand Flexcompute's market presence in EuropeIdentify, recruit, and manage strategic distribution partners, ensuring they are equipped for successTrain and enable distributors on our simulation solutions, differentiating against competitorsDefine KPIs and manage performance metrics to drive distributor-led sales and revenue growthCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop regional go-to-market strategiesBuild strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, resellers, and system integratorsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edgeEnsure contractual compliance and drive negotiation strategies to optimize partnership termsRepresent Flexcompute at industry events, conferences and trade shows to strengthen brand visibilityRequirementsExperience: Proven success in sales within the automotive and aerospace simulation software sectors.
