Role Purpos e:

Blanchard is seeking a high-performing Director of Client Solutions based in the United Kingdom, to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives at building relationships, developing strategic opportunities, and driving results.

Duties Include:

• Drive significant revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion .
• Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas by generating and closing new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and business leaders .
• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new clients .
• Expand business within existing accounts by selling additional solutions .
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to capture new market opportunities.
• Effectively manage the full sales cycle , from prospecting to closing deals.

Who You Are:

• Proven track record (minimum three years) of closing sales, acquiring clients, managing a territory, and exceeding quotas .
• Self-motivated hunter with a relentless drive to generate new business.
• Strong cold-calling and time management skills with the ability to present solutions in a clear, professional manner.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
• Deep understanding of the sales cycle , including lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Strong consultative selling skills , with the ability to tailor solutions to complex customer needs.
• A trusted advisor who builds lasting relationships and delivers on commitments.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced degree a plus
• Previous record of attaining and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success selling to new and existing accounts
• Experience growing customer accounts over a long period of time
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite (word, excel, Powerpoint) and CRM system
