Candidate Profile As Director of Club & Spa you will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with members and guests. You will be responsible the leading the Club & Spa team to deliver an exceptional 5-star service and take pride in creating an unrivalled guest experience. You will be a motivator with excellent organisational skills, have a professional manner and be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.You will be a confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop your team and influence across all areas of the business. Key Requirements The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes: Minimum 3 years experience within a 5 stara luxury/club environment or 1 year in a similar role. Holds a recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, such as CIBTAC or GNVQ. Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong computer skills, with confidence in using MS Office and other administrative systems. Maintains immaculate personal grooming and presentation standards, in line with luxury hospitality expectations. Confident in managing recruitment, staff appraisals, budgeting and forecasting procedures. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
