What makes Community Integrated Care a great place to work:
Lead the Future of Complex Care as Our Director! ( 2 YEAR FTC)
£80,000 - £85,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance - This role can be based anywhere in the UK
Despite the growing need for support for people with more complex needs, the current infrastructure can fail to meet the environmental and support needs of people with Complex Care requirements. As the sector looks to the future, it is increasingly important to define, communicate, and deliver models of care that not only meet regulatory expectations but genuinely transform lives. For providers, commissioners, and housing partners, this represents both a challenge and an opportunity to innovate.
As a charity, we recognise that our work in Complex Care is central to our future success. With growing demand and a clear gap in the sector for high-quality, specialist provision, we are committed to building a sustainable, expert-led offer that delivers real impact for people with complex needs.
Our experience to date has shown us that delivering Complex Care well requires significant investment in resource, expertise, and planning. In response, we have established a dedicated Complex Care Business Unit, which will be led by this new Managing Director for Complex Care. This unit will be solely focused on the mobilisation and ongoing delivery of Complex Care services, particularly those classified as high or very high intensity.
We know that the early months of a Complex Care service are critical. Transitions must be carefully managed to ensure stability, positive outcomes, and the building of trust with individuals, families, and commissioners. By creating this specialist Business Unit, we will provide dedicated, expert support throughout this crucial period - from mobilisation through to business-as-usual operations. This marks a significant step forward in strengthening our infrastructure and capacity to lead in this space and underpins our ambition to become the provider of choice for Complex Care across the UK.
Therefore We Have a Really Exciting Opportunity To Join Our Ever-expanding Team As Our Executive Project Lead On a 2 Year Fixed Term Contract As We Commit To Continuous Improvement, Modern Technology, And a Supportive Work Environment; Feedback We Receive Is That It Really Makes Us a Standout Employer In The Social Care Sector.
