OverviewOur client is a nationally recognised developer with a group turnover of £1bn+. Undertaking high-volume traditional housing & high-rise apartments for the high-end of the private market. The need now exists for an experienced Construction Director to take charge of £500m+ works. The builds will be a number of medium-to-high-rise RC frame structures, mixed-use schemes. All developments are within the M25 area. The position will be based out of their office in East London with travelling around to sites in the M25 area. The ideal candidate would have a stable work history, gained with a recognised main contractor or developer. The client is seeking a Construction Director with strong planning, & pre-construction skills with the experience of liaising with client\'s architects, subcontractors and a knowledge of current building regulations. Responsibilities
Take charge of £500m+ works across multiple medium-to-high-rise RC frame, mixed-use schemes within the M25. Lead planning, pre-construction and liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors; ensure compliance with current building regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Proven experience as Construction Director with strong planning and pre-construction skills. Experience with main contractors or developers; knowledge of current building regulations. Ability to work from the East London office with travel to sites in the M25 area.
Remuneration Basic salary between £160k - £175k + full package & bonus system. The pay range was provided by Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd; actual pay based on skills and experience. Employment type
