As a Data Engineer in the Communications Data Solutions team, you will lead the creation of a centralized database for communications data. You will partner with internal teams and external agencies to design robust data models and build scalable data pipelines. Your work will enable actionable insights through advanced BI and AI-driven visualizations. You will play a key role in supporting communications teams across the firm, fostering collaboration and driving process improvements. Your contributions will help us optimize infrastructure and deliver tailored solutions.
You will lead the development of a centralized Communications database. You will be instrumental in aggregating, modeling, and visualizing data from both internal and external communications channels, including third-party agencies and tools. You’ll partner with technology teams and external agencies to design robust data models, build scalable data pipelines, and deliver actionable insights through advanced BI and AI-driven visualizations. This role supports communications teams across the firm, including Consumer & Community Banking Communications, US regional Communications, Commercial & Investment Bank Communications, Firmwide Impact and more.
