The role will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging alliances with commissioners, housing providers and strategic partners, and overseeing high-value bids and tendering processes.The postholder will act as a visible and influential ambassador for the organisation, raising its profile externally while leading and inspiring talented teams across Development and Marketing & Communications. They will also deputise for the Executive Director of Strategy & Development, contributing to Certitude’s broader leadership.The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in business development within health, social care or a related sector, alongside strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of learning disability, mental health or autism services.
