Director Of Engineering Key Responsibilities:
Define and deliver the engineering strategy across three international sites.
Lead product development and manage redesign projects.
Maintain compliance with Defence, SIL, and functional safety requirements.
Oversee CAD/data management integration with ERP, resolving legacy system challenges.
Ensure engineering performance across quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
Develop, inspire, and manage international engineering teams.
Experience required:
Significant experience in product development.
Strong background in mechanical and electrical/electronic engineering, instrumentation, and metrology.
Expertise in functional safety, Defence, and SIL compliance.
Proven success in managing complex data environments (CAD/ERP integration).
Knowledge of ISO 9001.
Educated to Master's or PhD level in Engineering....
