What You'll Do

• Design and build next-generation AI systems in collaboration with our engineering team, contributing hands-on code to solve complex challenges in multi-document reasoning and workflow orchestration.
• Set and uphold standards of technical excellence that empower the team to deliver industry-defining AI products.
• Lead architectural decisions that ensure technology stays years ahead of the market.
• Expand and scale engineering capabilities across multiple innovative AI product lines.
• Shape an engineering culture and processes that foster rapid innovation.
• Balance breakthrough innovation with sustainable growth by making strategic technical decisions that address immediate customer needs while driving long-term platform evolution.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of software engineering with 5+ years leading technical teams that you\'ve personally scaled
• Proven hands-on coding ability – they are looking for someone who can be hands on initially
• End-to-end product delivery - You\'ve shipped complex products from conception to scale, balancing technical architecture with user needs
• Experience scaling teams from 5-50

Technical Requirements

• Expert-level programming skills (Python preferred, but strength in any modern language acceptable)
• Deep understanding of system design, databases, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience with AI/ML systems, document processing, or complex workflow engines preferred
• Cloud platform experience and modern development practices (CI/CD, automated testing, etc.)
