We're seeking a Director of Financial Reporting to lead a talented team and drive excellence across technical accounting, financial reporting, and transaction support. Responsibilities

Leading and mentoring a team of 5+ direct reports, fostering growth and collaboration. Owning the technical financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight. Driving M&A accounting activities, including due diligence, integration, and post-deal reporting. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic financial guidance and building long-term relationships. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape financial strategy and support business growth.

Qualifications

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience. Proven leadership in technical accounting and financial reporting, ideally within a fast-paced or advisory setting. Strong exposure to M&A transactions and complex accounting issues. Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset. A strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

Offer
