    Our client is a leader in the there sector, looking for a head of key accounts or director of key accounts to manage a team of key account mangers.

    Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of National Account Managers
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and deepen relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer support) to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and financial targets; proactively address risks and identify opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with key accounts.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to key account managers and sales teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors to advise clients effectively.
  • Report regularly on account status, forecast revenue, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
